Admitted to the Bar in 1982, Christian is a Nationally Accredited mediator and expert in the areas of Disciplinary Proceedings, Equity & Trusts, Professional Negligence, Succession, Wills & Probate and Family Provision. A sought-after speaker, he is also Chair of the Two Wentworth annual Succession event.

Christian is a Nationally Accredited mediator who practices extensively in wills and estates litigation, including family provision matters, general equity and commercial law. He was an early adopter of Alternative Dispute Resolution and the majority of his cases resolve at, or soon after, mediation.

His vast litigation experience at the Bar includes administrative, insurance, criminal, building and construction, coronial inquiries and inquests, and professional disciplinary matters.

Christian has delivered numerous seminars on family provision and will-related topics for, amongst others, LAAMS (Legal and Accounting Management Seminars), CPDs (Continuing Professional Development Seminars), and the Tilbury Group. Since 2019, he has delivered papers to, and chaired, the Two Wentworth annual Succession seminar day.
