Navigating a room full of eminent jurists, lawyers, leading doctors and other professionals, his topic, “Update on Civil Liability Act cases and vicarious liability, its limits and broadening horizons” (with a focus a on abuse cases), was topical and met with an engaging discussion upon conclusion. Mr Gambi takes this opportunity to congratulate the organisers, particularly Lorenzo Boccabella and Trudy Andrews, for their hard work and efforts in making the Conference such a success for the attendees.
