Admitted to the Bar in 2016, Luke’s principal areas of expertise involve Equity and Trusts, Succession/Wills & Probate Care and Protection, Family Provision Claims and Guardianship.

Prior to being admitted to the Bar, Luke practiced as a solicitor in care and protection, civil, commercial, family and estate disputes.

With vast experience in general equity matters including trusts, property and commercial law, Luke's Two Wentworth practice includes appearing on Appeals to the Supreme Court of NSW and District Court of NSW in care and protection matters.

Boasting interstate and appellate experience in wills and estate litigation, Luke has lectured for the College of Law Masters Program in both probate and family provision. 

He regularly appears in the Guardianship Division of the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal, as well as the Appeal Panel of NCAT.
