Who we are

Having been around since 1957, a lot has changed within the legal landscape. Testament to our longevity has been our ability to change with it. Whilst Two Wentworth established its early reputation around outstanding proficiency in common law, today we operate across all Australian court and tribunal jurisdictions. Our Floor Members are engaged in diverse practice areas that include, but are not limited to, administrative law, commercial litigation, common law, equity and trusts, family, succession, insurance, local government, and taxation.

What we do

Two Wentworth’s barristers are highly accomplished practitioners and advocates. Our Floor Members play an active role in alternative dispute resolution including four of our Senior Members who hold accreditations as mediators, arbitrators and expert determiners. Our expertise spans common law including personal injury, abuse and medical negligence, as well as succession law matters dealing with estates, wills and trusts. Our valuable insight encompasses criminal and family law, real estate, property, construction, and taxation.

One of Two Wentworth’s most experienced barristers, Tony was admitted to the bar in 1982. He is a highly regarded practitioner in workers compensation and work injury damage matters, with particular expertise in personal injury and torts, professional negligence, work accidents and workers compensation claims.
