Admitted to the Bar in 1983 and an accredited mediator with the NSW Bar Association, John is an expert in family provision and estate litigation. A regular legal conference speaker, he has been recognised in Doyle’s Guide in 2015, 2017 – 2020, 2022 and 2023 as a Pre-eminent Leading Wills and Estates Litigation Junior Barrister.

Caitlin has a strong equity practice, primarily in Succession Law and Trusts. She is also an experienced advocate in Family Law both property and parenting matters, Criminal Law and International Law. Caitlin does accept briefs in all areas of the law.

Admitted to the Bar in 2005, Hal has extensive experience in the commercial and equity divisions of the Supreme Court of NSW and Court of Appeal. Hal accepts briefs in all trial and appellate matters, in all aspects of commercial and corporations law, contracts, equity and trusts, property, insurance, succession, insolvency, professional negligence and construction law.

Edward came to the Bar in 2017. He accepts briefs in all areas of law and regularly appears in the District and Supreme Courts of New South Wales (including sittings in regional NSW). He also regularly appears in appeals to the New South Wales Court of Appeal and the New South Wales Court of Criminal Appeal.

He is a highly regarded practitioner in workers compensation and work injury damage matters, with particular expertise in personal injury and torts, professional negligence, work accidents and workers compensation claims.

Recognised as the 2024 Lawyer of the Year in the practice area of Trusts & Estates, Craig is also repeatedly named in Doyle’s Guide as a leading New South Wales Estate Litigation Junior Counsel. Called to the Bar in May 2017, Craig is a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners, and the Succession & Elder Law Committee of the NSW Bar Association.
